Steven Monster Loves My Pidgin Doll

I received my gorgeous, one of a kind, Pidgin (www.pidgindoll.com) doll last week, and have been busy knitting her a hat, a scarf, and a sweater.  I still need to do a full review of her, but for now, here are some sweet pics of her with my Steven Monster.  :)

Cats And Dolls

StevenMonster_Sofia_081315_2.jpg

Steven Monster is a pretty laid back cat, at least when he's sleepy.  As a result, I can't resist the urge to prop up my dolls against him when I am in the mood to fiddle with our cameras.

I wanted to get a good shot of the cute sloth print t-shirt I purchased from Dollheimr on Etsy.  Steven Monster happened to be laying in one of his many "usual" spots, so he got drafted to participate.  :)

The shirt is a perfect fit on my Bambicrony Lottie doll, Sofia.  I did have to remove her head to get the shirt on, but fortunately that is an easy thing to do with this BJD.

The seller is in France, so the journey across the ocean takes about two weeks, but as you can see it is well worth the wait!

Woodland Hoodlet On Bambicrony Lottie

Here are some quick pictures of the 10-12" sized Woodland Hoodlet modeled on my Bambicrony Lottie sculpt, Sofia.  She is a 10 inch tall doll, similar in size to Tonner's Patsy and Ann Estelle.  However, her shoulders and overall build is slimmer than the Tonner dolls.

Holiday Greetings!

This holiday season has flown by!

It's time to try and relax a bit now before the new year.  What better way than to play with my dolls?  :)

My Bambicony Lottie doll, Sofia, got a treat yesterday.  I scored a grab bad from Wicked Stitchery.  It was sized for Little Fee and Honey Delf, but still fits Sofia perfectly.  She definitely needed a new outfit, and the price and timing was just right.

Sofia is fond of her little brown owl, the first one I made from a Typing With Tea pattern.  She's pretty darn adorable, if I say so myself.  :)  (More owls are availabe in my Etsy shop, too.)
